The Workers' Compensation Service provides free dispute resolution and advocacy services to eligible workers who need help with disputes about their workers' compensation claims.

This free and confidential service will enable workers to continue to have their cases managed independently.

If you are unhappy with a determination or decision made on your claim you are entitled to challenge it.

The Workers' Compensation Service is about finding ways to improve the treatment of injured workers and assist their healthy and safety return to work.

Call us on (08) 8279 2220 or email workerscompadvice@saunions.org

SA Unions greatly acknowledges the financial support provided by the Government of South Australia which has allowed us to provide a free advocacy service.
