If you are a case manager seeking information to make a settlement payment to a client, please contact our client direct for information to make payment to minimise delays. SA Unions do not have a trust account and all settlement monies can be paid direct to our client.

The Workers Compensation Service provides free dispute resolution and advocacy services to eligible workers who need help with disputes about their workers compensation claims.
This free and confidential service will enable workers to continue to have their cases managed independently.
If you are unhappy with a determination or decision made on your claim you are entitled to challenge it.
