We’re breaking down the barriers that hold people back in male-dominated industries.

Our gender equality training isn’t just for women. It’s for everyone.

Outdated gender stereotypes and narrow expectations hurt all workers.

Our Training is PRACTICAL

We provide you with the practical tools to recognise and call out the conditions that maintain inequality.

Whether it’s improving access to flexible work, updating manual handling practices, or ensuring basic facilities like clean, lockable toilets, we help you build a culture where everyone feels welcome and safe.

Our Training is FLEXIBLE

Our training programs and resources can be tailored, scaled, and used across industries to address the areas in your workplace where gender inequality intervention is most needed. We’d love to work with you, drop us a line!

Does your workplace?

Have a ‘great culture’, but, no clean and lockable toilets on site?

Claim to be a family friendly employer, but no one can access carers’ leave when needed?

Are outdated assumptions about physical strength excluding some workers while putting other workers at risk?

We have training & resources for you!

This training empowers participants to define, identify, and respond to gendered violence as a critical workplace safety hazard.

We will explore the impacts that gendered violence has on all workers through open discussions and case study analysis.

After breaking down the positive duty obligations of employers, we will examine how social expectations and stereotypes undermine workplace safety and consider the practical application of industrial frameworks to address and prevent workplace gendered violence.
