Comcare training courses are ACTU courses, approved by Comcare under section 72 of the Commonwealth WHS Act 2011.
As a HSR you are entitled to attend training with a provider of your choice, in consultation with your Person Business or Undertaking (PCBU).

Refresher HSR Training (1 day) for Health & Safety Representatives and Deputy Health & Safety Representatives who have undertaken the Level 1 (5 day) HSR training.

General Information
HSR's are entitled under the WHS Regulations and outlined in section 72 of the WHS Act to attend a course of training in work health and safety that is approved by the regulator.
A one-day refresher training is offered and applicable to all HSRs, 12 months after they have completed either a five-day initial course of training or the bridging course in either 2012 or 2013.
If you are a newly elected HSR you will need to complete the 5 day Level 1 training

Course Content Refresher courses are tailored to build knowledge related to specific legislative and HSR skills development and provide an overview of the learning outcomes covered in the five day initial training.

Cancellation Policy
When an enrolment is cancelled the following cancellation fees will apply. This can be waived if another course date is booked.
More than 14 days before course commencement date = Full refund
Between 7-14 days before commencement date = 50% refund
Less than 7 days = No refund
