Work Health, Safety and Welfare Committee
The
WHS Committee advises Council on various issues, policies and matters relating to occupational health and safety issues in the workplace.
Women's Committee
The Women's Standing Committee's role is to address issues that women face in the workforce. Unions are committed through the Standing Committee in increasing women's involvement in the workforce.
Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Committee
The Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Standing Committee advises Council on issues, policies and matters relating to workers rehabilitation and compensation issues in the workplace.
Youth Committee
The Youth Committee is a new committee which has been established to advise Council on issues pertaining to young workers and protecting their rights in the workplace.
